摘要: 目的

为掌握玉米逆境胁迫机制研究的发展脉络与现状,本文统计分析了国内外期刊该领域文章在时间、机构、关键词聚类上的不同特点,找出国内研究方向、方法和内容与国际流行趋势的异同,为我国相关领域研究者提供参考。

方法

以玉米逆境胁迫研究领域为对象,基于中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库及Web of Science核心合集数据库的相关文献内容,采用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace知识图谱可视化工具,分析该领域的发展特点。

结果

经过分析发现:该领域在时间序列上的相关文献数量整体呈波动中上升的趋势。据此可以推测该领域的发展趋势仍在上升状态,拥有持续发展前景。国际权威文献相关研究结果表明,该领域的国际发展已呈现学科交叉的态势,酶学、基因组学等的相关手段已与传统的植物生理学研究方法相结合,在研究内容上涵盖了玉米生长与种植的各个方面,包括相关的环境改善、土壤研究、细胞内部生理机制等方面的综合研究。与此同时,国内的研究仍将重点放在玉米本身的各项生理指标与盐胁迫条件之间的关系上,与国际研究热点存在一些不同。

Abstract: Objective

To understand the progression and status of maize stress mechanism research, we statistically analyzed articles published in domestic and foreign journals in this field. To provide references for researchers in related fields in China, the characteristics of publication date, institution and keyword clusters were analyzed to detect similarities and differences between domestic and international research trajectories, methods and topics.

Methods

Our study used results retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) full-text database and from the Web of Science core collections database. We applied bibliometric methods and CiteSpaceCiteSpace knowledge map visualization to the dataset to identify the research characteristics of this fieldlatent relationships between research progress in maize stress mechanisms domestically and abroad. This analysis offers researchers a new perspective on active areas of development by highlighting research similarities and differences across regions.

Results

Through analysis, it is found that the number of relevant literatures in this field shows an overall trend of fluctuation and increase. Therefore, it can be inferred that the trend of development in this field is still on the rise, and it has a sustainable development prospectOur analysis shows that the number of publications in this field has increased in recent years, suggesting the field is still developing and offers prospects for novel research. The research results of international authoritative literatures show that the development of this field has presented the trend of interdisciplinary. Enzymology, genomics and other related methods have been combined with traditional plant physiology research methods, covering all aspects of corn growth and planting in terms of research content, including related environmental improvement, soil research, cell internal physiological mechanism and other aspects of comprehensive research. At the same time, domestic research still focuses on the relationship between various physiological indexes of maize and salt stress conditions, which is different from international research hotspots.Related analysis of authoritative papers collected from Web of Science shows that, at the international level, maize stress research reflects increasingly interdisciplinary activity. For example, interdisciplinary technologies such as enzymology and genomics have been actively combined with traditional plant science research methods to strengthen maize plants and improve growth. Similarly, studies of maize’s physiological mechanisms explore detailed interdisciplinary explanations such as the effects of improved environment, soil and mechanism inside maize cells. These studies have yielded comprehensive results and generative avenues for future research. In contrast to international research trends, domestic research remains largely focused on the relationship between distinct physiological indicators of maize itself and their stress conditions.
