摘要: 目的

追溯系统是当前保障农产品质量安全,解决消费者和市场之间信任危机的重要手段,研究基于区块链和物联网的农产品质量安全追溯系统为解决传统追溯系统应用中面临的可信度不高、数据存储难等问题提供了思路和方法。

方法

文章在分析我国农产品追溯系统应用面临问题的基础上,结合区块链和物联网的技术特点,总结了二者结合的优势所在,提出了基于区块链和物联网的农产品质量安全追溯系统框架,并探讨了系统实现的关键技术。

结果

质量安全追溯系统采用物理层、数据层、网络层、共识层、合约层和应用层的体系架构,基于联盟链准入机制,通过基于物联网的数据采集、“数据库+区块链”的数据双存储设计、构建智能合约等关键技术的实现,解决了农产品供应链各环节的数据采集、数据存储、准入认证等问题,为政府、组织、企业和消费者提供农产品信息追溯服务。

结论

基于区块链和物联网的农产品质量安全追溯系统框架从技术层面保证了追溯信息的完整性、可靠性和安全性,是增强追溯信息可信度、保障信息完整性、优化数据存储结构的有效解决方案。

Abstract: Objective

A traceability system is an important means of ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products and of solving the trust crisis between consumers and the market. Research on the agricultural product quality and safety traceability system based on blockchain and the Internet of Things provides ideas and methods to solve the problems of low credibility and difficult data storage faced in the application of traditional traceability systems.

Methods

We analyzed the problems with the agricultural products traceability system in China and the technical characteristics of blockchain and the Internet of Things. This paper summarizes the advantages of combining traceability with this technology and puts forward a framework for an agricultural products quality and safety traceability system based on blockchain and the Internet of Things. It also discusses the key technologies of this combined system.

Results

The quality and safety traceability system has six layers: the physical layer, the data layer, the network layer, the consensus layer, the contract layer, and the application layer. By implementing the access mechanism of the alliance chain, key technologies, the dual storage design of “database + blockchain,” and the construction of intelligent contracts we solve the problems with data acquisition, data storage, and access certification throughout all areas of the agricultural product supply chain. Our research provides an agricultural products traceability information service for the government, organizations, businesses, and consumers.

Conclusion

The framework of an agricultural product quality and safety traceability system based on blockchain and the Internet of Things ensures the integrity, reliability, and security of traceability information at a technical level. This is an effective way to enhance the credibility of traceability information, guarantee the integrity of information, and optimize the data storage structure.
