Research Status and Application Suggestions on Fruit and Vegetable Cold Chain Traceability System

Abstract:

With the development and progress of society, consumers have higher and higher requirements for the quality of fruit and vegetable products. Safety, freshness, nutrition and delicious food have become important indicators for consumers to buy fruit and vegetable products. The fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability system is a comprehensive system construction based on the cold chain technology and Traceability Technology, which has an important application in improving the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables. China started relatively late in the construction of fruit and vegetable cold chain and traceability. Although it has developed rapidly in recent years, there is still a gap between China and developed countries in market application. Fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability is a comprehensive application mode integrating cold chain technology and Traceability Technology, whose application process requires traceability information collection and traceability scheme design. Information collection needs to collect the key control points of the cold chain of fruits and vegetables and the basic points of the traceability of fruits and vegetables. The research and determination of the key control points of the cold chain is the basis of information collection and an important difference between the cold chain traceability system of fruits and vegetables and the traceability system of other agricultural products; The traceability scheme design takes the cold chain as the core link, covering the whole process of fruit and vegetable production and marketing such as planting, processing, circulation and sales. It is divided into four relatively independent and interrelated system levels: physical layer, data layer, logic layer and interaction layer. Based on the research and analysis of the realization form of the fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability, this paper points out the problems existing in the construction of the law and regulation system, the standard system, the technical level, the social recognition and the talent team of the fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability industry, and puts forward five development suggestions, including perfecting the law and regulation system, perfecting the standard system, promoting the technological development, improving the social recognition and strengthening the talent training. Finally, in view of the analysis of the current development of the fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability, it is indicated that the further development of the fruit and vegetable cold chain traceability in China will better meet the people's yearning for a sound life in the long run.
