Abstract:

Irrigation water is the only water source in the process of grape cultivation and production in greenhouse. With increasing area of protected cultivation, the demand for water in protected cultivation is increasing. However, improper irrigation will not only affect the quality and yield of grapefruit, but also cause a waste of water resources. In order to clarify the characteristics of water demand of protected grapes, the daily variation of stem flow rate during the whole growth stages of grapes, and the daily variation of stem flow rate during different growth stages (budding to flowering stage, fruit developmental stage, fruit coloration stage, mature stage) of grapes were collected in 2019.The data showed that daily variation of stem flow rate in the whole growth period was the highest at 10:30, and stem flow rate was the lowest at 23:30. The peak stem flow rate of fruit developmental stage was significantly higher than that of other growth stages. Researchers can retrieve data on the characteristics of it by survey year. The establishment and sharing of water demand characteristics detection dataset in the whole growth stages of grapes in Liaoning Province can provide a data basis for scientific, reasonable, and accurate irrigation of grapes in greenhouse, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of water-saving agriculture.
