摘要

论文提出了“新农产品”及其“拉式供应链”的理念,探讨了农产品供应链的四种主要模式,提出农产品供应链进入数字供应链时代;总结了数字农产品供应链的11个主要内容,将农产品供应链的数字化转型的本质概括为“一切业务数字化、一切数字业务化,一切业务用数字来说话”;对数字农产品供应链存在的问题进行了认真地剖析;探讨了数字农产品“拉式供应链”发展趋势,将其归纳为:“拉式供应链”趋势、规模化趋势、智能化趋势、社交化趋势、融合化趋势、国际化趋势、标准化趋势、绿色化趋势、特色化趋势、“网链化”趋势、品牌化趋势;提出了后疫情期数字农产品“拉式供应链”发展的政策建议,如:(1)确立“安全、健康、绿色、生态”理念;(2)继续为产区滞销农产品找市场;(3)继续为农产品消费提供新服务;(4)继续为贫困地区产业发展探索新路径;(5)继续为特色农产品跨境上行创新路径;(6)继续加快推进“拉式供应链”建设。并且精选出数字农合联的“平湖模式”、“数字农业基地建设”的阿里模式、“数字农场”的京东模式、拼多多分布式AI模式。

Abstract

This paper puts forward the concept of "new agricultural products" and "pull supply chain", discusses four main modes of agricultural products supply chain, and puts forward that agricultural products supply chain enters the era of digital supply chain; summarizes 11 main contents of digital agricultural product supply chain, and summarizes the essence of digital transformation of agricultural product supply chain as "all business digitization, all digital industry, all business speak with numbers". This paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain of digital agricultural products, discusses the development trend of "pull supply chain" of digital agricultural products, and sums it up as "pull supply chain" trend, scale trend, intelligent trend, social trend, integration trend, internationalization trend, standardization trend, green trend, etc. Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of digital agricultural products "pull supply chain" in the post epidemic period, such as: (1) establishing the concept of "safety, health, green and ecology"; (2) continuing to find markets for unsalable agricultural products in production areas; (3) continuing to provide new services for the consumption of agricultural products; (4) continuing to seek new paths to explore the development of industries in poor areas; (5) continuing to innovate cross-border paths for characteristic agricultural products; (6) continuing to accelerate the construction of "pull supply chain". It also selects the "Pinghu model" of digital agricultural cooperative alliance, Ali model of digital agricultural base construction, Jingdong model of digital farm and pinduoduo model of AI distributed.
