农村大规模实地微观调查是人们认识和研究农村社会经济的重要手段和方法。随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进，实施农村大规模实地微观调查有利于我国准确判断农村经济发展阶段，更好地认识农村经济发展面临的机遇和挑战。本文中主要介绍了农村大规模实地微观调查的组织要点和资料管理，从物资准备、进村入户、“找对人”、“做对表”以及问卷检查五部分详细阐述了正式调查的主要内容，并详细说明了调查问卷整理与装档、调查日志记录、工作照整理归档、财务记录整理、物资回收与处理及更新调查员数据库等调查资料管理的重点环节，以期为相关研究人员更好开展农村大规模微观实地调查提供经验和启示。

Large-scale micro-survey in rural areas is an important means and tool to know and study rural social and economy development. With the promotion of rural revitalization, the implementation of rural large-scale micro-survey benefits us to better estimate the development stage of rural area and understand the opportunities and challenges faced during rural development in China. This paper aims to share the key points of organizing large-scale micro-survey and manage survey materials and provide experience and inspiration for researchers. The key points of organizing large-scale micro-survey are shown following material preparation, finding households in the village, "finding the right interviewee", "doing the right questionnaire" and questionnaire check. The key aspects of managing survey materials include sorting out and filing questionnaires, recording survey logs, organizing work photos, organizing expenditure records, recovering and disposing of materials, and updating the database of enumerators.
