农村大规模微观调查是定量研究农村问题的重要环节，而调查人员的招募与培训直接关系数据收集质量和调研队伍高效管理。本文根据作者历时15年、遍及全国22省的农村微观调查经历，重点总结了调查员招募和调查员培训环节的实践经验，以期为开展农村大规模微观调查的实践者提供借鉴。

Large-scaled field micro-survey in rural China is an important foundation of quantitative research on rural issues, and the recruitment and training of enumerator are directly related to the data quality and efficient management of survey team. Based on the 15 years’ experience of rural micro-survey in 22 provinces across China of the author, this paper aims to share the practical experience of enumerator recruitment and training to provide reference for practitioners of large-scale micro-survey.
