Abstract

In the information age of rapidly growing data, the fast-paced development of internet technology presents new challenges to traditional survey methods. Electronic survey systems have emerged as a prominent solution, widely applied across various domains. This paper takes the Survey Solution electronic survey system developed by the World Bank as an example to comprehensively introduce its characteristics, system components and features, data quality control and verification methods, while exploring the system's application value and usage recommendations. The Survey Solution system is characterized by its ability to acquire various types of data, maintain rigorous control over survey data quality, support multiple survey modes, and provide security and flexibility. The core components of the Survey Solution system consist of the Headquarter, Designer, Interviewer, and Supervisor, each responsible for distinct tasks and functionalities, working together to provide comprehensive support for data collection and surveys. The Survey Solution system offers valuable features such as high-quality data collection, diverse data collection methods, real-time data monitoring and management, as well as customized data processing and reporting. When using the Survey Solution system, it is essential to meticulously plan survey tasks, provide training for surveyors and supervisors, regularly back up data, employ data analysis tools, and promptly address any issues. By effectively utilizing the resources offered by the Survey Solution, users can maximize survey efficiency and data quality.
