Detection Dataset of Aflatoxin B1 and Other Three Mycotoxins in Grains in Inner Mongolia in 2023

There are many risk factors for food security issues, including fungal toxins. Excessive intake of food contaminated with aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, ochratoxin, and other toxins will seriously threaten the lives and health of the people. This dataset contains the results of fungal toxin test kits for aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, and ochratoxin A in 510 grain samples from three cities in Inner Mongolia: Hohhot, Ordos and Wuhai. The dataset shows that the overall pollution level of three fungal toxins, including aflatoxin B1, in the main grains of Inner Mongolia is relatively low. This dataset can provide data support for the simultaneous detection of three types of fungal toxins using reagent kits and for in-depth mining, analysis, and utilization of data compared with large instrument equipment. It can also be widely applied to large-scale grain trading markets, grain warehouses, and related grain regulatory departments to monitor food safety issues in real time and quickly.
