Bengbu City is located in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River in Anhui Province, with obvious advantages in agricultural development. In recent years, the municipal government of Bengbu attaches great importance to the development of agricultural industrialization, and solidly promotes the "agricultural head and tail" value-added articles to create a number of Bengbu green food brands. This paper analyzes the big data related to agricultural production and processing in Bengbu City in 2023, focusing on agricultural and agricultural products processing industry, through the research of agricultural enterprises in Bengbu City, the research indicators related to the name of the enterprise, the type of enterprise, profitability, business income in 2023, research and development costs in 2023, publicity costs in 2023, product quality system standards, the percentage of undergraduates and above in the enterprise, and average monthly salary of the general staff, Problems in the development of enterprises to provide reference for local policy making.
