摘要:

矿质元素是影响果树生长发育的物质基础,对其提高果实产量、改善果实品质、增强果树抗逆性和适应性等有重要作用。本试验通过2018—2020年在田间连续实施5416配方施肥方案,于盛花期、转色期、成熟期分别采集16个处理的花序/果实、叶片、叶柄等霞多丽植株样品,用于测定氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、硼、钼全量;在果实成熟期,随机采集各处理的果穗20个,用于测定果实单穗重、可溶性固形物含量、百粒重、皮果比、籽果比、籽粒数及品质指数。基于本数据集,可通过相关分析法研究植株矿质元素含量与果实品质指标的关系,筛选植株营养诊断因子;利用CND法计算能够满足特定果实品质或综合果实品质需要的最佳植株营养范围。本数据集可为筛选出提高霞多丽果实品质的合理施肥量奠定基础。

Abstract:

As an indispensable material basis for the growth and development of fruit trees, mineral elements play an important role in fruit yield, quality formation, resistance and adaptability. In this experiment, through the continuous implementation of the 5416 formula fertilization program in the field from 2018 to 2020, the Chardonnay plant samples such as inflorescence/fruit, leaves, petioles and other Chardonnay plant samples collected under 16 treatment conditions were used for Determination of the total amount of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, B, and Mo; at the fruit maturity stage, 30 ears of fruit under each treatment condition were randomly collected for the determination of fruit per ear weight, soluble solid content Material content, 100-grain weight, skin-to-fruit ratio, seed-to-fruit ratio, number of grains and quality index. Based on this dataset, the correlation analysis could be used to study the relationship between plant mineral element content and fruit quality index, and to screen plant nutrition range that could meet the requirements of specific or comprehensive fruit quality. This dataset could lay a foundation for screening a reasonable fertilization application to improve fruit quality of Chardonnay.
