2012—2017 Data Set for the Survey of Deciduous Fruit Tree Farm Variety Resources in Dominant Production Areas

摘要:

果树资源是一种具有较高经济效益和生态效益的种质资源。我国的落叶果树品种资源是国家农业战略性资源,收集和保存落叶果树品种种质资源是开展优良品种选育的基础,可以为果树资源育种工作者选育优良果树品种提供更多优异的原始材料。文章数据集收集了13个落叶果树农家品种树种的序号、调查编号、品种名、品种拉丁名、样本类型、所属树种、提供人和调查人的姓名、电话及地址、调查地点、海拔、经纬度、生境信息、植株情况、植物学特性、果实性状、生物学习性与品种评价等数据。果树基本性状按照《果树种质资源描述规范和数据标准》制表,所有资源的调查结果和数据均由相关树种专家多次实地调查访问农家品种资源所在地获取,果树农家品种资源鉴定信息参考中国植物物种数据库,获取的数据按照指定汇交格式形成规范的数据集,并命名为《2012—2017年优势产区落叶果树农家品种资源调查数据集》。本数据集包含国内濒临灭绝及具有特异农艺性状的落叶果树农家品种资源,可为我国果树资源保存和育种研究提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

Fruit tree resources are a germplasm resource with high economic and ecological benefits. China's deciduous fruit tree variety resources are strategic national agricultural resources, and collecting and preserving deciduous fruit tree variety germplasm resources is the basis for carrying out excellent variety selection and breeding, which can provide more excellent primary materials for fruit tree resource breeders to select and breed excellent fruit tree varieties. The dataset collects data on the serial number, survey number, variety name, variety Latin name, sample type, tree species to which they belong, name, telephone number and address of the provider and surveyor, survey location, altitude, latitude and longitude, habitat information, plant condition, botanical characteristics, fruit traits, biological habits and variety evaluation of 13 deciduous fruit tree farm varieties. The specifications and data standards tabulated the basic traits of fruit trees for the Description of Fruit Tree Germplasm Resources. The survey results and data of all resources were obtained by experts of the relevant tree species who visited the location of the farm variety resources for several field surveys. The information on identifying fruit tree farm variety resources was referred to the Chinese Plant Species Database. The data obtained were formed into a standardized data set by the specified remittance format and named "2012—2017. The data were collected according to the specified ren-dezvous format to form a standardized dataset named "2012—2017 National Deciduous Fruit Tree Farm Variety Resource Survey Dataset". This dataset contains the resources of deciduous fruit tree farming varieties that are in danger of extinction and have specific agronomic traits in China, which can provide data support for conserving fruit tree resources and breeding research in China.
