摘要:
育种技术是果树新品种选育的重要工具。果树育种技术主要包括杂交育种、芽变选种、实生选种等常规育种技术和辐射育种、分子标记辅助育种、遗传转化等辅助育种技术。目前,在北方地区主要果树育种过程中,杂交育种、芽变选种和实生选种等常规育种技术是新品种选育的主要技术,大多数品种都是通过常规育种技术选育的;诱变育种和组织培养是重要的辅助育种技术,在北方果树育种中发挥了重要作用;通过分子标记辅助育种、遗传转化等技术在果树中筛选、开发出多个重要性状相关的分子标记,并获得重要转基因植株,为果树分子育种奠定重要基础。本文以苹果、梨、葡萄、桃为例,综述了北方主要果树的育种技术,并对育种技术的特点和应用情况进行介绍,同时对今后果树育种的策略、方法进行展望,以期为北方主要果树新品种选育提供思路和借鉴。
