Abstract:

The quality and safety of agricultural products is related to people's livelihood and health, and it is also one of the key points in guaranteeing food security. Sanya is a typical tropical island-type international tourist city in China, with unique conditions for the cultivation and trade of agricultural products, but at the same time there are hidden risks to the quality and safety of agricultural products. The "Three Products and One Label" insists on the development of safe, high-quality and ecological agricultural products, and the continuous development of the "Three Products and One Label" helps to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products. To understand the degree of consumer concern for " Three Products and One Label " and give full play to the auxiliary role of "Three Products and One Label" for agricultural product quality and safety, this paper distributes questionnaires to Sanya consumers using WeChat applets and household surveys and conducts correlation studies on multiple influencing factors based on the survey data. Based on the survey data, a correlation analysis of several influencing factors was carried out. The results show that consumers' age, annual income level, and frequency of purchasing agricultural products are positively correlated with the awareness level of "Three Products and One Label", and consumers in Sanya City have a certain degree of understanding of the quality and safety of agricultural products, but do not pay enough attention to the "Three Products and One Label" and the traceability system.
