摘要:

桃是我国重要的落叶果树,仅次于苹果、梨,居第三位;因其营养丰富、口感好,深受消费者喜爱。‘大久保’是一个优良的基因库,通过人工杂交育种和自然实生,已直接或间接培育出不少优良品种。‘敖东寒桃’是吉林省敦化市发现的一个优株,品质优、果实大、丰产稳产、抗寒力强,在敦化市极端低温-35℃条件下不需任何防寒措施即可越冬,是东北等寒冷地区露地栽培的优良品种。文章调查了‘日本桃王×敖东寒桃’、‘熊岳巨桃×大久保’杂种F1代在2019—2021年间的成熟期、单果重、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量,统计了各性状在不同年份的分布范围和均值,为今后分析成熟期、单果重、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的遗传规律和新品种选育提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

Peach is an important economic deciduous fruit tree, third behind apple and pear.. Due to its rich nutrition, good taste, deeply loved by consumers. 'Okubo' is an excellent gene pool. Through artificial cross breeding and natural breeding, it has directly or indirectly cultivated many excellent varieties. 'Aodong Hantao' is an excellent plant found in Dunhua City, Jilin Province, with excellent quality, large fruit, stable yield and cold resistance. It can overwinter without any cold prevention measures under the extreme low temperature of -35℃ in Dunhua City, and is an excellent cultivar cultivated in the open field in Northeast China and other cold areas. This study, the maturity period, fruit weight, the content of soluble solids and titratable acids between the F1 generation of ‘Fukushima Taowang’ × ‘Aodong Hantao’ and ‘Xiongyue Jutao’× ‘Okubo’ during 2019-2021 were investigated. The distribution range and mean value of each trait in different years were statistically analyzed. The results will provide data support for future analysis of the genetic law of maturity, single fruit weight, soluble solids and titratable acid content and the selection of new varieties.
