摘要:

广东柑橘园天敌种类丰富,自然天敌的保护利用日益成为柑橘种植过程中农药减量的主要措施。植绥螨是柑橘园中最常见的天敌类群,对柑橘害螨及小型害虫的发生危害有显著的控制作用。因此,明确柑橘上植绥螨种类及种群发生动态,对于开展植绥螨的保护利用和相关研究具有重要参考价值。香橼柠檬、红美人和沙糖橘分别是广东地方特色、新引进和广泛种植的3种不同的柑橘类型,具有广阔的市场和发展潜力。文章研究通过调查采集不同柑橘品种上的植绥螨,制作玻片标本,获取植绥螨种类的主要特征数据,以及不同种类植绥螨的种群动态变化数据,可为优势植绥螨的开发、利用提供指导。对不同生境、栽培措施和病虫害防控措施对优势植绥螨类群变化的研究,可为筛选柑橘园自然控制措施等提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

Natural enemy resources in citrus orchards, Guangdong provinces, are abundances. Conservation and use of natural enemies have become a major strategy to reduce pesticide application in planting citrus. Phytoseiid mites are the most common natural enemies in citrus orchards. They are significantly efficient in controlling pest mites and small insect pests on citrus. Clarifying species and population dynamics of phytoseiid mites on citrus will provide important references to research on conservation and utilization of them. Citron-Lemon, Ehime Kashi No. 28, and Shatangju are different species of citrus. Citron-Lemon, the local speciality fruit of Guangdong, Ehime Kashi No. 28, newly introduced to Guangdong in recent years, and Shatangju which is widely planted in Guangdong Province, have wide market prospect. In the present study, we surveyed and collected phytoseiid mites on different citrus cultivars, and made slide specimens. We obtained key feature data and population dynamics data of different phytoseiid species, which provide information that guides future studies on product development and application of dominant species. Studies on impact of habitat, cultivation measures and pests management on changing of dominant species also provide data that support natural control strategy screening in citrus orchards.
