Development and Application of Traceability Tracking Platform for Ratooning Rice

Abstract:

【Objective】Ratooning rice is favored by consumers because of its high price, excellent appearance, sweet taste, no pesticide and other advantages. However, the development of ratooning rice is limited by the occurrence of phenomena such as adulteration and difficult to prevent counterfeiting. Therefore, the use of information technology to monitor the production and market entry of ratooning rice has become the focus. 【Methods】 This paper analyzed the actual production demand and data format requirement of ratooning rice in detail, it combines modern information technology and logistics system, the research and core functional system of the ratooning rice traceability tracking platform were elaborated from five aspects: requirement analysis, technical framework, traceability data format, system architecture and system function analysis. 【Results】The ratooning rice traceability and tracking plat-form realizes a functional system that can be monitored, traceable, manageable, analyzable and expandable in the whole process from production to sales of ratooning rice, it ensures the reliability of the quality of ratooning rice in the market, the credibility of planting data in the production process and the information security in the management process, at the same time, it also improves the consumer’s trust in the quality and information of ratooning rice. 【Outlook】At present, the traceability and tracking platform for ratooning rice is mainly aimed at information tracking and management of the full cycle process of ratooning rice from planting to sales. In the future, agricultural internet of things, blockchain technology and big data technology can be combined on the basis of sufficient pro-duction and sales data. The first is to carry out unmanned precision planting from the production to establish a more green and intelligent planting process; Secondly, the production and marketing model is constructed by combining big data analysis technology in the sales process to establish a more effective production and marketing model; Finally, bolckchain technology is combined in the management process to ensure data security and credibility and establish a more efficient management mode. It can help farmers increase their income and ensure food security.
