摘要:

冷链物流是指产品在流通过程一直处于低温的环境,包括运输、配送、加工、包装、贮藏、分销和零售等各个环节,通过冷链物流运输产品能够减少损耗,使消费者可以获得品质优、新鲜度高的产品。中国冷链物流技术的发展落后于发达国家,主要表现为冷链运输配送率低和人均冷库面积低,同时还存在基础设施落后、体系不健全和信息化水平不高的问题,严重制约了农产品质量安全保障体系的建设与完善。在现代化信息技术快速发展的背景下,农产品冷链物流过程中科学合理地应用大数据技术,不仅可提升农产品流通过程中的存储环境控制能力,有利于保障农产品质量安全,还可实现资源整合、降本增效。本研究通过探讨国内外冷链物流的现状及农产品冷链物流发展的意义,提出应当充分利用大数据时代的优势,构建农产品冷链物流平台,为中国农产品冷链物流发展提供支撑。基于大数据的农产品冷链物流平台包括数据基础层、信息管理层和应用层,通过大数据技术对冷链物流中的核心环节进行优化,实现优化农产品物流运输和仓储管理、强化农产品质量安全控制、提升精准销售和高效配送能力、提升信息交换共享能力等效果。最后,本研究提出在大数据时代农产品冷链物流行业应当重视顶层设计、加强冷链基础设施建设、做好大数据体系构建和数据深入挖掘工作,以及加快培养和引进高科技人才等发展建议。

Abstract:

Cold chain logistics refers to the low-temperature environment in the circulation process of products, including transportation, delivery, processing, packaging, storage, distribution and retail. The losses could be reduced by transporting products through cold chain logistics and consumers could have access to products with high quality and high freshness. The development of China’s cold chain logistics technology lags behind developed countries, mainly due to the low rate of cold chain transportation-distribution system and the low per capita area of cold storage. Meanwhile, there are still the problems of backward infrastructure, unsound system and low level of informatization, which restrict the construction and improvement of the agricultural product quality and safety guarantee system seriously. Under the background of the rapid development of modern information technology, the scientific and reasonable application of big data technology in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products can not only improve the ability to control the storage environment during the circulation of agricultural products, and help to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, but also help to achieve resource integration, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. This study discusses the significance of developing agricultural cold chain logistics and the current situation of cold chain logistics at home and abroad. Then we put forward that we should make full use of the advantages of the era of big data to build an agricultural cold chain logistics platform, which would provide support for the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in China. The proposed agricultural cold chain logistics platform based on big data technology includes data base layer, information management layer and application layer. Through big data technology, the core links in the cold chain logistics could be optimized so as to achieve the effects of optimizing the logistics transportation and storage management of agricultural products, strengthening the quality and safety control of agricultural products, improving the ability of precise sales and efficient distribution, as well as improving the ability of information exchange and sharing. Lastly, this study put forward several suggestions for the development of agricultural cold chain logistics industry in the future, including paying more attention to top-level design, strengthening the cold chain infrastructure, building a better big data system and valuing in-depth data mining, and accelerating the training and introduction of high-tech talents.
